Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of purchase from our US warehouse. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time Standard delivery takes 4–8 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that in some cases, delivery may take slightly longer due to high order volumes, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control such as weather events or holiday periods. If your order has not arrived within 12 business days, please contact our support team and we will look into it immediately.

Shipping Rates We offer FREE shipping on all orders to the United States. No minimum order value required.

Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status at any time.
